Hi,

I have been using this app for over 6 months now. I like how user friendly it is. I do believe it may be suitable to look at a pet button option, like the key number option. So when you attend to numerous inspections you know if there's any sort of animal dog, cat etc...

Hi Rachael,

Have you tried using our property notes option via the website or app? This is a great place to leave yourself notes on anything important about the property like pets on the property. If this doesn't work for you we are happy to take this idea under consideration :)

Hello, I agree with this Pet Button. Even if you add it in the property notes, it does not come up when you are doing the inspection/ editing the reports on the computer.
It would be handy to be able to see how many pets are approved in the property and what they are, so you can compare when you are completing the routine inspection.

Pet button would be great, have been putting notes in the alarm code when there isn't alarm like the dogs name.

Yes I would like to see a pet field also - very important to be alerted to Dangerous Dogs in particular.

Pet button is a must with a option of "warning" eg: dangerous dog

Great Idea, I have been thinking of this for ages, would be great for routines if you could see the tenant had a big jumping dog.... And or a cat that you may let out of the house.

Would be great if it showed on the routine and vacate.

Great idea. More to the point of just adding a picture and some notes, PM potentially wants tenants to sign the additional term together with this condition report.

I agree but a pet line so you can put breed colour, name etc but also if they are allowed inside or and special condition- “don’t let cat out” “dog is dangerous”

This is actually almost a safety issue now. Knowing if there’s a dog at the property before you open the door would be priceless.
