Traffic light system query

Good afternoon

I have contacted your ‘chat’ and have been requested to email with this query.

A traffic light system should indicate an issue/problem by turning red however IM is showing green.

As an example please see below, where action is required by either the tenant or landlord, the traffic light should be red:
