Alert Text for Inspections

Could we please include an alert text feature so when the inspector/PM opens the routine, ingoing or outgoing reports on the app, a text box pops up with an alert message with a character limit of 300 so information such as alarm codes, gate codes, property location, what to check at the inspection (previous maintenance or check tenant cleanliness) are able to be included. With a touch of a button, the text box would clear and you can carry through with the inspection. If the alert text could be added/edited under the property profile it would be appreciated.
