To be able to send an alert, ie DO NOT ENTER, URGENT CALL OFFICE, DOG AT PROPERTY LEFT INSIDE, TENANT HOME/SICK, these could be a click feature from office/mainframe as a template and set as many templates as you need in a drop down menu?
