Routine Comments to automatically populate in the front page boxes

It would be helpful when doing a routine, when adding comments such as tenant to fix, maintenance etc if there could be an option for that to then be automatically put in the boxes on the front page (e.g. work to be carried out by tenant)
Currently having to go back and forth/remember what to write on the front page at the end.
