Property Tree Notes Sync with dynamic update

IM App to auto populate the notes fields and allow them to be tweaked later if needed. As an idea: provide options against each comment field, photo comments included, for inspectors to choose to tag the comments as one or more of "Tenant Notes", "Tenant Actions", "Owner Notes", "Owner Follow-up Items", "Recommended Maintenance", etc. IM should then collate and present them in their respective note fields for review. The inspectors then wont need to scan the report in search of these comments to copy/paste them into relevant note fields themselves, which can be a real time saver.

This can be extended to IG and OG inspections as well. For IG, these notes should only merge into PT and not appear in the final report for tenant. For OG, the Tenant related notes can help to quickly identify all claimable items. These notes should be allowed to appear in the final OG condition report to save the Agency from having to prepare any separate summary report for the tribunal if the need arises.
