Areas shoud have separate field to customise the name of the room in the report

We have multiple "Bedroom (Master)" Areas, for example for different floorplans or different buildings.
It would be useful to give each area a descriptive name "Bedroom (Master, Building 1) for use in the portal / app, however when a report is produced to only show the room as "Bedroom (Master)".
