Remove TAI email notifications to tenants

Tenants are receiving email reminders to complete the TAI. Some tenants feel this is a breach of privacy and we think there should be an option to turn off notifications.

Hi Alex,

This is currently being developed, I will contact you when it is completed so that you can turn off the reminder emails to your tenants. Thanks for the suggestion
