Secondary Comments that stay in the inspection

It would be great if you could have two types of comments, some that are with the property for every ingoing/outgoing i.e. the ones that are not going to change - 1 x DPP etc. I know you can use the old comments but it would just be good if you could set each property up with those and not have to re-select each time.
