Correct Inspection dates on Front page of reports

Being able to correct the date listed as the inspection date on the front page of the inspection as the date the inspection was completed and not the date the report was completed/closed. Or the wording to be corrected to Reported completed/closed Date instead of Inspection Date. This could be a legal issue with QCAT as the judge would ask why there is a conflict with the dates on the photos to the inspection date as people read inspection date as the date the inspection was carried out not the date the report was completed.
