Routine Inspection Report Emailing BCC functionality

Currently we email the Routine Inspection Report from the Property Manger to the Owner and BCC ourselves, then open up the email and forward to our Admin Team to schedule next Inspection for 13 weeks from last inspection date.
I would like the functionality to have the sender as the Property Manager and be able to BCC the admin team to follow up on scheduling. Currently the BCC will only include the sender i.e. Property Managers email.
