Actions to be taken in Inspection Reports - Colours misleading
Can the actions have opposite colors in the Inspection Reports. When we select that there is NO action to be taken, it shows in red which makes it stand out, Ideally this should be Green as everything is good and it should be Red if the answer is Y - to highlight that there is action to be taken.
A good report with no action would be all green

KathMost would assume GREEN stands for good and RED shows something is flagged as being wrong. I agree that anything that doesn't require action should be GREEN so that the RED REQUIRING ATTENTION shows out to those reading the report
