Sync "Delegated To:" field from Re-Leased with IM

At present, only the Property Manager field is transferred across from Re-Leased which is problematic in a large agency where several agents may be assigned an inspection task on a property at various times, not just the property manager assigned to the property. Would be useful if the Delegated to: field was transferred across to IM as this is the actual user that will be completing the inspection.

without this feature our office is currently unable to use our own individual logins for IM and its making the process very hard as we cant share the workload.
