Field to add maintenance notes for each room

Adding a maintenance field to note repairs/maintenance for each room so that if clicking yes to Landlord or Tenant action required the details can be entered right there. If u want to go a step further and have these notes automatically duplicate and appear in the general summary Landlord or Tenant boxes would be a huge help. (I find it inefficient having to go back and forth to general tab to rewrite details of the room and maintenance needed and more often than not have to spend valuable time later going back over all the room notes of a dozen reports copying and pasting to the recommended/landlord/tenant boxes in general section).

It would be amazing if there was a maintenance section that would sync with PME. This would be absolutely amazing...

I always write in each section example below.

OWNER: The dishwasher is no longer working and will need to arrange a repair. Also, the ceiling is showing signs of age.

TENANT: The tenant need to clean the cook top, range hood etc

I like this idea, looks great!!!
