Ability for outgoing tenants to sign each page of the outgoing report

It would be helpful if the outgoing tenant could sign each page of an outgoing inspection while the agent is conducting the inspection with him, on the iPad app. This would be to acknowledge and agree to all aspects the agent has noted in the outgoing inspection, which would have implications for the tenant's deposit release down the line.
