Paperless Ingoing: add new inspection status

At any one time, we might have quite a few ingoing inspections done and complete but in different stages of "completeness" before they are ready to be given to tenants.
It would be very helpful to be able to differentiate the ones just synced from the app but there are still some typing to be done from the ones that are complete and ready to be handed over to tenants.

I think we will wait until version 2 of paperless ingoings when this can be implemented for our office, as I can see lots of mistakes and incomplete inspections going to tenants - as our office has multiple people handling the inspection, not just the PM. And as some people are still working remotely, it is likely that there will be someone different from the PM doing the handover.

A suggestion for status might be:
• Sync complete (for those done but still being checked/typed)
• Ready for handover (when all done and ready for the tenant)
