Integrate further with Property Tree and other databases
Once a property is added into your database/software, it should automatically add into inspection manager with all owner, property and tenancy details.

Pravin PathikAlso, when the status of a "Confirmed" inspection is changed back to "Tentative" or "Proposed" in Property Tree (PT), this inspection should be removed from Inspection Manager (IM) upon a subsequent sync with PT while the inspection is still in "Pending" status in IM. At present, it requires an additional step to log into IM to manually delete the "Pending" entry.
IM Support suggested that we can make use of the existing IM entry by changing its date and time based on a later feedback from tenant, but then this will cause the IM entry to become out of sync with PT in terms of actual date and time of inspection. And above all, as long as the entry is left "Pending" in IM this will confuse and frustrate inspectors and tenants, so it is only wise to let IM delete this entry automatically. -

Drew Millson (Product Manager) AdminHi Carly,
The structure of the API and how we receive inspection and property information is determined by Property Tree so unfortunately this is not a change we are able to implement at our end. If you raise this with Property Tree and they are able to change the structure of the API we would be happy to implement it -

KimYes It would be great if the prospect tenant info can be synced to Inspection Manager as soon as it's created in the Property Tree so I don't need to create new tenant in IM manually.
